thatfinegentleman replied to your post: Not a Question but, I’ve got one Newcastle Summer Ale left, it’s urs.
The pale ale? That stuff is fantastic.
I’m sure it’s nice, but unfortunately I’ve not yet had any of the Newcastle brand extensions. Well, mmm… that’s a fib of sorts. I had the Winter IPA, but I was at my four-drink self when that happened. I remember it...

evanwmoore asked: sierra summerfest? i tried one today, kinda lame.
scotches asked: Newcastle Summer Ale? "Meh!"
The Latest M. Ward Album is Beautiful
That is all. Well, no. It’s not all. I’m cracking into some Hot Rocks Lager by Port Brewing when I get home, after what was the most chaotic evening this young boy has seen in quite some time. I deserve it.

sustainablealcoholic asked: Hm, beer questions. Is there a beer you've wanted to try for ages but not been able to get hold of? Why does everyone like Saisons all of a sudden? Do you homebrew? Black IPAs: fad or here to stay? CO or NY: which State should I hit on my next beer trip?
In Addition,
I am somewhat morose this evening. I beckon you, Tumblr followers, to pepper me with beer-related (or not) comments or questions, so that I may think about things other than professional hockey.

You would all be very smart to check out my best friend’s food blog. The food she makes is amazing, she has an adorable puppy, and her little anecdotes often induce many a chuckle. Really, though. I don’t pimp many blogs on here so you guys should totally trust my judgment. Check it out, it’s awesome.

Looks good. Having any beer?
Drinking on the job is, unfortunately, forbidden. But when I get home, I plan on either a Goose Island IPA or a Brooklyn Lager.

majesticcreatures asked: You certainly go above and beyond, when reviewing beer and answering questions, thank you it is very much appreciated. Have you heard of James Ready, right now it is number one on the list of beers I despise, partly because it is marketed in a way that get buyers to focus on the alcohol volume (5.5%) So most people I know that drink it, drink it plainly because its cheap and easy to get drunk...
majesticcreatures asked: Whats your thoughts on commercially popular beers, mainly being low-end cheep brews? What does that say about the general populations knowledge when it comes to beer? What do you think is the worst low-end but commercially popular beer?

whuanluv asked: Can you recommend any good Mexican beers? Love your blog btw!
eatyourpaisley asked: hey, i was just wondering why there is so much head on the beers that you pour?

i like that the pod says adult supervision required. i’ve never noticed that on them before haha
Pretty sure I almost burned my hand while making tea with the Keurig. They should make one just for me that says “Adult Supervision Required. You, too, guy.”
